Large scale projects require a dedicated Program Office. The CyberAds Program Office Management Practice provides project management for complex, enterprise-wide projects such as ERP implementations, Enterprise application and systems integration, standards conversion, and global compliance projects.

Project Management

We identify and support common functions across the business unit, monitor progress against plan and budget and to direct the day-to-day activities of the Program Office.

Project Monitoring

We define the appropriate level of reporting by the business units to effectively manage this project, validates plans, review status reports, identify potential problems areas and assists business units in performing project reviews. We customize and maintain a generic methodology, process and standards.

Risk Management

We establish risk assessment checklists and mitigation strategies to assist business units in the evaluation and resolution of issues. We also establish guidelines for the escalation and resolution of issues as well as guidelines for the escalation of critical issues requiring a higher level of action or decision.

Testing and Certification

We develop a testing strategy and identify testing tools required to reduce costs and improve the quality of testing.


We share the project status, successes and lessons learned throughout the company.


We design a set of standard templates that define the stages, steps, tasks, deliverables and milestones to be performed or achieved in the various projects.


A SWAT team from the Program Office assists the business units and corporate functions in assessing projects that are missing target dates.

Centralized Vendor Management

Using our Centralized Vendor Management program, we provide a single point of interface for vendors. We also establish technical standards for consultants and define pricing guidelines based on skill sets and technical competency. In addition, we resolve vendor issues, deliver resource needs and balance vendor resource workload across the enterprise.

Software Product Selection

Our goal is to identify opportunities for automation, identifying tools that will improve quality and reduce costs. We review existing tools within the organization, CyberAds' reusable frameworks and third-party vendors.
